Introduction
Kindly review these terms and conditions of service ("Terms") to see how they relate to the products that Ticket day sells on the Sites and via any other distribution channel.
These Terms, the Website User Terms and Privacy Notice, and any clauses in the online registration, order, and payment process will constitute the "Agreement" between you and us for the purchase of goods and the use of our services provided on this Website.
Who operates Ticketday
Ticket day and any of its subdomains is a site operated by Ticket Day, which is the trading name of REDSNAGGISH (Pty) Ltd ("we", “our”, “us”). We are registered in South Africa under company number 2022/863486/07.
Our agreement with you
When you create a Ticket day account by clicking "Sign Up" or other comparable buttons on our Website or download any of our apps, you accept these Terms and enter into a legally binding agreement with us.
Please do not use or access the Service if you disagree with any part of these Terms of Service.
Changes to these Terms and our Website
We may change these Website terms of use at any moment. Since the then-current Terms of Use are legally binding on you, you should periodically review them on the Website at www.ticketday.co.za/terms-of-use.
Specially designated legal notifications or terms may override some sections of these Website Terms of Use when they are found on specific pages of the Website or communicated to you periodically.
We may occasionally update our Website and make changes to its content at any time. Please be aware, nevertheless, that we are under no duty to update any content on our Website that may become outdated at any point.
Event changes, entry and refunds
Event organisers have the authority to deny entry, change the schedule or seating configurations, or in some cases postpone or cancel events. If this occurs, the event organiser might give you a refund or exchange your tickets, but you might have to fulfil the rules they set out.
If you are turned away from the event because you are under the legal minimum age to participate or because you are not eligible to attend in any other way, there will be no reimbursement.
In the event that the event organiser cancels, you will receive a complete refund.
The same payment method that was used to buy the tickets will be used to provide any refunds. For instance, only the exact credit card that was used to make the refunded purchase would be credited with the refund.
Payment information and security
To make sure that sensitive payment information—like your credit card number—is appropriately safeguarded, we shall adhere to industry-accepted standards. To achieve this, we shall put in place appropriate security measures, which can involve using cryptographic methods to safeguard such data.
We cannot, however, guarantee 100% complete security of any information you send to us or that is sent to you or anybody else.
Attendance and risk
It may be dangerous for participants’ health or safety, their property, or the people under their care to attend an event or utilise a service component. You attend events at your own risk.
We are not in charge of any event or service component arrangements, your safety or security, or the safety of your property or the people under your supervision. In the event that you have experienced any loss or damage while attending, please get in touch with the relevant event organiser or supplier.
Ticket cancellations
The face value of the tickets you purchased will be reimbursed to you after your booking information has been entered back into the system. Any cancellation fees that are assessed by the event organiser or by us may be deducted from your reimbursement.
The following fees may be incurred for cancellations:
- If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event, a 25% cancellation fee will apply.
- If the cancellation occurs fewer than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- If the cancellation occurs fewer than 7 days prior to the event, a 75% cancellation fee will apply.
- If you can provide documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of their death or incapacity, we will not levy a cancellation fee in respect of that person’s ticket.

We will do our best to resolve any problems that arise within a reasonable period, depending on the complexity of the matter.
